Over the past seven years, MV Agusta’s production has undergone a “style revolution” and the technological progress they have made has brought them to the peak of motorcycle design.
MV Agusta have recieved thirty-five “Motorcycle of the Year” awards since 1999. The specialist judges have also taken into consideration the progress in terms of performance that is in the DNA of all MV Agusta bikes. One simple example explains everything: since 1999 we have increased the power of our four-cylinder engine by 50horsepower while at the same time constantly improved reliability and reduced emissions. The results of this technological evolution are all brought together in the 2007 MV Agusta F41000R.
The 2006 - 2007 MV Agusta F4 1000R features a chrome-moly trellis frame with 50mm upside-down telescopic hydraulic forks with rebound compression damping and spring preload adjustment, a progressive, single shock absorber with rebound and compression High speed / Low speed damping and spring preload hydraulic control, and 4 piston Brembo calipers with 310 mm discs.
